When requesting a licence we require a name and email address in order to fulfil the request on successful application. Additionally we request information on the institution that the user is a member of in order to verify that the user is compliant with the terms of the licence.

What do we do with your information?

The information detailed above will be used in order to fulfil the the request and maintain records of active licence agreements. Anonymised statistics may also be generated from this data as required to determine popularity of packages.

Who will we share your information with?

Personal data will not be shared with other organisations.

How long will we keep your data?

The above information will be kept while associated licence agreements are active.

What lawful basis do we process your information under?

Data is processed under performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
